Simons 4 Seniors was created in conjunction with the Senior Healthy and Mind Initiative, with the mission of empowering older adults to make healthy lifestyle choices and to advocate for their health and wellbeing. We celebrate healthy aging and create strategies to work with organizations who cater to aging adults to facilitate activities, events, and programs to promote quality of life and making healthy lifestyle choices.

Our Mission is to Dignify, Strengthen, and Empower seniors, who are the amazing Foundation of our Communities. We help to create fun and interactive wellness plans with engaging programs focusing on mental and physical activity to maximize their quality of life. To create a holistic lifestyle, many senior communities are embracing health and wellness programs. With nutritious meal plans, engaging social programs, and a variety of physical activities, seniors can now live well in a safe environment.
